Why does my squishy have small imperfections?
Many squishies are delicate, handmade or soft products. Minor variations may occur during manufacturing, including:
- Small marks or tiny air bubbles
- Slightly uneven colouring
- Minor texture differences
- Subtle colour variations or discolouration
These natural characteristics are generally part of the manufacturing process and are not necessarily considered defects.
Will my squishy look exactly like the photos?
Not always! Due to manufacturing variations, lighting and screen settings, the actual product may differ slightly in colour, texture or appearance.
We do our best to represent every product as accurately as possible.
Are squishies suitable for children?
Suitability depends on the individual product, its materials and the manufacturer's age recommendations and safety warnings.
Please check the packaging and supervise younger children where appropriate. Squishies are not intended for consumption.

How should I take care of my squishy?
- Squeeze gently: Avoid excessive force, pulling or stretching.
- Avoid sharp objects: Keep away from rough surfaces and anything that could puncture it.
- Avoid heat and sunlight: Do not leave it in a hot car or other enclosed hot areas.
- Avoid liquids and chemicals: Keep away from water, oil, makeup and chemicals unless the manufacturer specifically advises otherwise.
- Store carefully: Keep in a clean, cool and dry place.
Can I wash my squishy with water?
We generally do not recommend washing squishies with water unless the manufacturer specifically states that the product is washable.
Water, detergents, oils and chemicals may affect the material, colour or texture.
Will my squishy change colour over time?
It is possible. Some squishies may naturally fade or change colour due to light, heat, handling and storage conditions.
Proper care can help preserve their appearance.
What if my squishy becomes damaged?
Avoid further stretching or squeezing the affected area, as this may worsen the damage.
Damage caused by excessive force, improper handling or unsuitable storage is generally not considered a manufacturing defect.

Can I inspect my squishy before purchasing?
Yes! For purchases at our retail locations, we encourage you to carefully inspect your squishy before making payment and leaving the booth.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the delicate nature of squishies, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Minor manufacturing imperfections or natural variations
- Slight colour or texture differences
- Changes caused by handling, use or improper storage
- Change-of-mind purchases
This policy does not affect customers'
rights under applicable Singapore
consumer protection laws.
What if I discover a significant manufacturing defect?
If you notice a significant manufacturing defect while at our retail booth, please contact us before leaving so we can assist you.
If you discover a suspected defect after purchase, please contact us with your proof of purchase, photographs and a description of the issue.
We will review the matter and assist in accordance with applicable consumer protection requirements.
Are small air bubbles or uneven colours considered defects?
Not necessarily. Small air bubbles, minor marks, slight uneven colouring and texture variations may be normal manufacturing characteristics.
Whether an issue constitutes a defect depends on its nature and severity. We will assess concerns individually where appropriate.

Are all products available at every location?
Not necessarily! Our product selection and stock availability may vary between retail locations.
Certain designs may be available only in limited quantities.
Will you restock sold-out squishies?
Restocks depend on availability from our brand partners and suppliers.
Some designs may be limited or discontinued, so we cannot guarantee that every item will return.
Can I reserve a squishy?
Please contact us directly to enquire about a specific item. Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
Can I shop online?
We're working on making more of our playful finds available through our website!
